- Co-op: everyone runs one restaurant and tries to survive 15 days.
- Rival restaurants: two to four kitchens fight over the same customers.
- Truck to Table: start as a food truck and grow into a restaurant.
- Optional sabotage: throw food, padlock a door, or light a rival stove.
- CPU cooks fill empty seats, in three skill levels and three moods.
